September 2009 Oakes Landpower demo tour with the Case IH STX535 Quadtrac and Simba SL cultivator puts in a very good performance against the competition in Hampshire, Wiltshire & Berkshire.
Harvest 2009 did not enjoyed the best of summer weather but our demonstration programme continued allowing us to showoff to great effect the New Holland CX8090 straw walker combine with a 30ft Varifeed header and the CR9090 rotary with the new 35ft Varifeed header.
Chris Walters visited contractor Bill Mildenhall working at Savernake in June 2009 to check all is well with his new New Holland T7040 tractor and New Holland BR7060 round baler
April 2008 and the Bunning 35T tri-axle manure spreader, the largest we have ever supplied, is installed by John Fox-Spencer at West London Composting.

August 2005 and Mr Peter Lemon is seen swathing and harvesting his new borage crop.
The Santana PS-10
continues to find favour with our customers. In August John Fox Spencer is
pictured handing over
a new station wagon to Mr Les Taylor for use on the Highclere Estate, near
Newbury.
July 2004 saw the new New
Holland CR980 operated by T & M Cooper put to work into oil seed
rape.
Fitted with a Biso 'Crop Ranger' header and a powered rear axle this
certainly is a very impressive combine.
February 2004, and at last the sales department
had the
chance
to put our new Santana PS-10
through it's paces on the off-road course at Tangley
A ploughing demonstration
at Hungerford in mid December gave us the opportunity to team up the New Holland
TG285 with a Kuhn Challenger 12 furrow plough ![]()
The Royal County of Berkshire Show enabled
us to
exhibit many new products for the first time. Fine September weather and plenty of
visitors meant the Oakes staff
were kept very busy all weekend promoting the New
Holland CR980 combine, TS135-A & TG285
tractors and the Santana 4wd
vehicles.
